Live area 138 × 200 mm inside 5 mm margins, 2 mm gutters between ads. One business per type in each issue, first come first served (except restaurants, bars, coffee shops, food outlets and local events). Artwork: JPG, PNG or WebP.
Everyone who has registered, in every region. Ticked "emails" means they opted in to marketing.
These business types skip the one-per-type rule in every region: no claim on the type, no "taken" warnings and no waiting list. Matches whole words, so "Bar" also covers "Wine bar". Local events aren't a business type: any advertiser can book an event ad, and those are never limited.
Each issue lands 3 months after the one before unless you set its date. Prices, costs and pages below are for this region.
Copies prices, cover premium, 12-month discount, design fee, leaflets per issue, and print and distribution rates. Doesn't copy the region's name, issue numbers, dates or page count.
For reference: Royal Mail Door to Door is £89.86 per 1,000 for leaflets up to 35g at 25,000–100,000 (£80.87 at its new-user rate), from the March 2026 rate card. A 12-page A5 leaflet is usually 25–30g.
Folded leaflets print in multiples of 4 pages. New pages go in before the back cover; removing takes away the last inside pages.

Search for local businesses by type, with their public website, phone and email, and whether they're a limited company.
In this prototype Claude runs the search: after starting one, ask in chat "run the Sorted! business search". Results appear in Prospects as they're found. In the live app this runs on its own, using your Companies House key on the server.
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV with at least a business name and an email address. Other columns (business type, contact name, phone, town, company type) are picked up if present.

Send test email really sends, through your Brevo account. Send campaign is still simulated: it records who would get the email and marks them as emailed, but nothing leaves the building. In the live app campaigns go out through Brevo with a one-click unsubscribe link.
